You (customer) accepts following Terms and Condition of Granthabonik.com when place an order and complete payment to receive book delivery abroad.
- All the products and the price
shown on the website is regularly updated by granthabonik.com
- Granthabonik will not be
responsible for any swap, change, exchange of any book parcel
- By registering at
granthabonik.com and/or by placing and book order for abroad,
you authorize GranthaBonik to email you regular discount and special offers.
However, you may choose not to receive those emails by clicking the
‘Unsubscribe’ link in such email.
- It is customer’s responsibility
to provide correct address and contact details of the recipient.
Granthabonik is not responsible for delay in delivery or no show on
delivery date and time due to wrong information in the order.
- Paypal is an independent company and GranthaBonik is a client. We do not hold any responsibility for any changes in their policy.
- GranthaBonik do not store
any payment data on this site or in the server. All payments are processed
by 3rd party payment gateway (PayPal and BRAC).
- GranthaBonik do not control the delivery date and time of a gift that goes to overseas via EMS post. Our service for overseas shipping ends with providing shipping reference to you.
- Granthabonik.com books delivery service is licensed as L-Co. Dhaka, Bangladesh (Trade License No 03-077983). Any legal issue and dispute will be dealt under the law of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
- GranthaBonik is authorized by Bangladesh Bank to receive foreign remittance. All credit card, bank deposit and bKash payment process in Bangladesh is managed by BRAC Bank Ltd. You have to agree to BRAC Bank’s and bKash terms and condition while using their payment gateway.
- You agree with PayPal User Agreement when complete payment using PayPal payment gateway.
- We collect information that you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. This information may include the following: Your name, Your mailing address, Your e-mail address, Your phone number. It may also include information you submit about other people; for example, the name and address (e-mail and postal) of a gift recipient. We only use information to deliver your requested products or services. We do not share your information with third parties.
- We use technology that allows us to identify what type of browser you are using, the web site from which you enter upoharbd.com and the pages you view as you tour our site. This technology helps us compile aggregate statistics about our online guests and their use of upoharbd.com, which allows us to make improvements in design and content to better serve you. We use industry standard Google Analytics for web traffic tracking.
- You can modify or delete your personal information anytime. Simply go to the Your Account link located at the top of the upoharbd.com homepage. - GranthaBonik is the delivery service provider and we do not produce any of the products that we supply. Any health issue caused by any product is not GranthaBonik responsibility. We will disclose the full details of supplier or producer to our customers or the recipient if it is requested to log a dispute with appropriate authority.
- All services are subject to
following Refund Policy:
- Customer or recipient has to
notify us of any issue with any item or delivery service within 12 hours
after delivery to qualify for any refund policy.
- Most of our product are
available at publisher end. In Case of unavailability of product during
order collection the partial amount will refund within 7 days.
- If not all the items in a delivery is qualified for refund, you will receive refund for that item only, not the whole order.
- Refund will be send to the
credit card or the bank account that you have paid from. Refund amount
will not be given / delivered to the recipient.
- A gift delivery service will
not be subject to refund if the recipient refuses to accept the gift.
- You have the option at
checkout to select time window in a day to select as your delivery time. GranthaBonik holds
the right to alter delivery time depending on current situation, such as
flood, traffic etc. Your order will not be subject to refund if it is
delivered within your selected delivery date. Your order can be subject
to refund if we fail or unable to deliver on the delivery date that you
have selected during order.
- You will receive full refund if we refuse/cancel an order that you have paid for.
- You will receive full refund if we are unable to deliver your order on your selected date.
- Terms and Condition and Granthabonik policy is subject to change without prior notice.
